Job Title

Under the responsibility of the team leader, you will need to:

• Manage a production line and its staff (rotation of breaks, accompanying and training current and new employees etc)
• Supervise the work area under the responsibility of the team leader and/or the hierarchical manager
• Follow the production schedule
• Ensure compliance with production standards (pace, quality controls, FIFO, supplier containers)
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
• Perform first-level maintenance
• Analyze malfunctions and propose improvement solutions
• Use the production planning system
• Follow zone audits
• Monitor categories 3 and seek solutions to reduce the rate
• Store equipment in designated areas

You are diligent, exemplary, rigorous, dynamic, versatile and comfortable with machines and computer tools and have the ability to analyze and solve problems

You have a team spirit

You must respect the rules of safety for property and people as well as the rules of sanitary safety
