CNC Machine Operator

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. CNC machining experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment. Produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings. Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.

Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area. Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
