We are experiencing significant growth and have recently added production positions on our shifts. If you enjoy working with your hands, you will stay active and on the move, rotating into various stations in this fast‑paced environment while building our truck caps operating machines, drills, screw guns, rivet guns and more!
Position SummaryThe Tool Maker must be able to ensure quality standards are maintained for each tooling/mold. The tool maker uses various spray equipment, sprays or hand‑lays fiberglass, refinishes molds, and performs body work using various pneumatic tools.
What you will be doing:- Identifies and repairs defects on products.
- Performs tasks such as chopping, rolling, and prepping molds, plugs, glass masters, and other parts as instructed.
- Sprays materials into molds.
- Problem solves and works closely with the engineering team.
- Completes additional tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
- 1‑3 years of related experience required.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
