Operator RMR

Job qualifications and experience requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Basic computer skills
• Experience safely operating heavy equipment such as material handlers, forklifts, and loaders in an industrial setting

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow established production procedures
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively through speaking, writing, active listening, and understanding instructions
• Ability to work independently and effectively with cross‑functional teams

• Follow all safety rules and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift with a focus on quality
• Accurately complete paperwork required for production records
• Read, understand, and follow established processes and instructions
• Perform duties assigned by Shift Coordinator
• Work overtime as required and mandated by production schedules

• Utilize personal protective equipment safely per OSHA standards
• Climb stairs and ramps safely and walk long distances with good balance on uneven terrain or while maneuvering obstacles
• Withstand exposure to elevated ambient temperature for extended periods of time
• Work in extreme heat
• Operate in wet or humid conditions, vibrations, dust, and asphalt
• Work in a high‑noise environment where hearing protection is required
• Use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects and materials frequently
• Work in areas with strong magnetic fields
• Bend, twist, lift, stand, walk, reach, see, move, and hear as required by the position
• Reach with hands and arms frequently
• Communicate using radios, phones, and/or intercom systems
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Safely use power and hand tools
• Operate powered industrial vehicles and equipment for tasks and diagnostic purposes

Salary: $27.07 per hour
