Avient is seeking a Production Associate in Birmingham to support weigh-up and packaging in our production department. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with additional $0.75/hr for 2nd shift and $1.00/hr for 3rd shift; shifts run 2nd: 3:45 pm–12:15 am and 3rd: 12:00 am–8:00 am.
Monday–Friday work; on-site manufacturing role. We offer medical benefits from day 1, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, and a strong safety focus.
