Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture;
Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area and communicate production issues;
Operate and set up equipment including straightener, cold shear, abrasive saw, and related components;
Assist in assembly and troubleshoot during product changes;
Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; lift up to 50 lbs; overtime as needed
