Position Summary:

To ensure proper operation of multiple robots and multiple palletizers, scan production into inventory, maintain accurate tally sheets for inventory control and reconciliation, provide break relief for forklift operators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sets up and assembles multiple palletizers for multiple production runs from various lines. Sets up and configures multiple robots for multiple production runs from various lines. Sets the number and pattern for each pallet and each order. Quality inspection of each individual pallet before transfer to shipping. Maintains operational sanitation. Maintains documentation of production output. Operates RF Smart and JDE. Demonstrate good transactional discipline and accurate scanning of production/cases produced.

Communicates and shifts handoff to oncoming operator. Responsible for following all Food Safety policies, procedures and regulatory criterion including the current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and associated Preventive Controls.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED. Knowledge and

Skills:

Good judgment, strength and stamina, effective verbal and written communicator, able to work at a fast pace. Capable of being forklift certified by the company.
