Welder / Fabricator Needed

Hey there! We are looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client’s crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reading blueprints and fitting up metal parts to spec
• Welding & fabricating components (stick, MIG, TIG—whatever the job calls for)
• Plasma cutting—yep, you’ll be using a plasma cutter, so experience is a must
• Making sure everything is square, level, and meets quality before moving on
• Helping troubleshoot problems in fit-ups or welds when things don’t go exactly like the drawings
• When needed, leading or helping others: prior lead/floor supervisor experience is a plus

What We Need From You:

• Must be an early riser: 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM — if you like sleeping in, this isn’t the one
• Solid plasma cutting skills
• Good with blueprints & fabrication fit-ups
• Detail oriented + pride in making things right (no cutting corners)
• If you’ve led a small team or run jobs before, even better
• Able to keep pace, safe, and with good stamina (fab work is physical)
