• Salary range for Utility: $20.17/hour.
• Schedule:
  Monday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• The position will train on the day shift for approximately one month before transitioning to the night shift schedule.
• Profit sharing bonus 3 times / year

As a General Labor
, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape.

Your day-to-day:

• Ability to drive forklift and clamp truck in a safe manner
• Prepping the raw material at the load stand area
• Do all raw material and finished good quality tests
• Prepping the finished roll and pallets by using proper packaging instructions
• Assist in any needs in the production area

You are a natural fit for this role if:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Capable of lifting to 40 lbs.
• Some computer experience – SAP experience is a plus
• Ability to take initiative and be flexible
• May be required to complete mechanical and personality testing
• Strong safety mindset is critical
