Machine Operator - 1st Shift

We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and serious about building a long-term career with Red Diamond. This is a hands-on production role for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, follows safety and quality standards, and works well as part of a team.

Occasional Fridays as needed

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:

• Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
• Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
• Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience)

Stable work history and consistent reliability

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals
• Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work.
• Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
