Position:Vertical Form and Fill Machine Operator
Shift:AM
Responsibilities:- Set up, operate, and maintain vertical form and fill bagging machines
- Ensure smooth product flow through the machine and make necessary adjustments
- Load bags onto the feed conveyor and adjust guides to ensure proper placement
- Check bag size and weight to meet production specifications
- Monitor the machine for jams or malfunctions and take corrective action as needed
- Maintain production logs and track equipment performance
- Perform routine maintenance and clean machinery
- Keep the work area organized, safe, and clean
Qualifications:
- Experience monitoring and operating bagging machines
- Ability to verify product weight and adjust machine settings
- Comfortable loading and unloading products
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment
