Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the CRM platform (e.g., Hub Spot), ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and proper maintenance to support marketing efforts.
- Assist in digital content initiatives by creating, scheduling, and distributing content across platforms like You Tube, Vimeo, Instagram, and Tik Tok to enhance audience engagement.
- Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of monthly promotional campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and update marketing materials and presentations tailored to client needs, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including updating contact databases, managing email communications, and coordinating release schedules.
- Create, deliver, and fulfill marketing assets for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide professional customer support by responding promptly to author and consumer inquiries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis, maintaining a tracking grid to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
- The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing automation systems such as Hub Spot, Mail Chimp, Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required, with additional preference given to candidates with relevant industry experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, along with excellent oral and written communication skills, is essential.
- The candidate should be a motivated self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are critical.
- Familiarity with content creation and distribution across digital platforms such as You Tube, Vimeo, Instagram, and Tik Tok is highly desirable
