• 2+yearsofon-air experience.

• Strong-on-airandproductionskills–thispositionwillbeliveandvoicetracked.
• Outstandingwrittenandverbalcommunicationsskills.
• Experience with Next Gen/Zetta, vPromotion, and Adobe Audition.
• Priorexperiencein Country,Top
  40,andHipHopaplus.
• Willingnesstolearnnewtoolsandthinkcreatively.

• Dailyliveon-airshift.
• Additional voice-trackedshiftwillberequired,
• Monitoring,updatingandcreatingrelevantandengagingcontentforstationwebsitesand social media platforms.
• Plan and manage station events, including remotes, concerts, festivals, and community outreach.
• Developandexecuteinnovativepromotionsincollaborationwiththe Program Director
• Coordinate on-air contesting,prize fulfillment,andwinnercommunication.
• Maintainpromotionalcalendarsandcreatesalesrecaps.

• Communicateeffectivelywithbothstaffandleadership.
