Role Description
This is a contractor remote role for a Talent Management professional specializing in Influencer Marketing. In this role, you will oversee talent management processes including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with influencers. Day-to-day tasks include managing communications with influencers, negotiating contracts, monitoring ongoing collaborations, and ensuring effective campaign execution. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating with the social media and marketing teams to align influencer efforts with brand goals and analyzing the performance of influencer marketing campaigns.
Building client and influencer trust is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships
- Experience in Influencer Marketing, including sourcing, collaborating, and managing influencer campaigns
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing strategies and platforms to support influencer initiatives
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and negotiation for partnerships and collaborations
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies such as influencer platforms and analytics software
- Prior experience in a similar role or influencer-focused agency preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field prefered but not required
