Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications team in executing strategic PR initiatives. The Public Relations Assistant will play a key role in maintaining positive public perception, coordinating communications materials, and supporting campaign execution.
Responsibilities- Assist in the development and distribution of press materials and corporate communications
- Coordinate media outreach and maintain updated contact lists
- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns and events
- Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports
- Draft and edit internal and external communications documents
- Maintain organized records of press releases, coverage, and campaign data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred
