Job Overview
Office of Corporate Communications – Creative Asset Strategist. Responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of a full spectrum of owned creative assets (photography, video/film footage, brand elements, final creative content) produced by and for Marketing Communications.
Responsibilities- Monitors and maintains rights usage for proprietary and stock creative assets, such as video footage and customer photography.
- Curates and populates legacy content within the Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
- Organizes and maintains a Brand and Creative Development portal through the Aprimo DAM platform, ensuring creative staff have a current view of available/approved creative assets and elements.
- Conducts ad‑hoc requests from creative content providers for assets.
- Maintains and updates brand expression and visual identity standards, including ongoing amendments for specific use cases (e.g., social media) and elements (e.g., icon library).
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Illustration, Marketing, or a related creative field.
- Five (5) years of experience in creative roles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment that requires creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaboration to maximize effectiveness on all projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to articulate ideas and strategies.
- Knowledge of media production related compliance, copyright laws, and property management to ensure all content adheres to legal standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and clients.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivation.
