Brand Messenger

As a Brand Messenger, you are more than a facilitator of someone else's work - you are a maker who drives business results for our clients. In this hybrid role that combines elements of an account manager and brand strategist, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships and collaborating with project managers and creative team members to deliver exceptional work.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, exceptional writing and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and compelling messaging that resonates with our clients' target audiences.

In addition, you should have a deep understanding of how marketing departments work and be able to navigate corporate structures with ease. Your passion for helping clients solve business challenges through creative and strategic thinking will be invaluable to the team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary day-to-day contact at the agency.
• Receive and evaluate client project briefs, brief the internal team by providing additional context and clarity, and work with Project Manager to delegate, create, collaborate and deliver work.
• Assess and analyze client business challenges, goals, and objectives and make strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategic and creative solutions for various audiences
• Contribute to brand, messaging, and campaign strategies under the direction of Brand Message Director(s)
• Leverage research and analysis to inform strategy and drive results for clients
• Develop and present presentations to clients that effectively communicate strategies, ideas, and progress updates
• Actively participate in creative brainstorms and idea generation sessions to develop innovative solutions for clients
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize client campaigns and projects.
• Review work before client delivery to ensure it is strategically sound, on brief, and presented with a clear rationale
• Write scopes of work and production estimates for existing clients

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in marketing, advertising, or related field
• Strong strategic instincts and curiosity about clients’ businesses.
• Experience working on the client side is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and discern priorities
• Experience integrating AI into work streams, exercising the ability to leverage technology for efficiency and idea generation.
• Passion for creative problem-solving and developing innovative ideas
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to contribute independently while knowing when to seek direction or elevate an issue.
