The Arc of Central Alabama is hiring a Connected Living Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of the CLP under the ADMH Community Waiver Program. You will recruit, train, and support host families while developing Person-Centered Plans and monitoring in-home services.
Travel between host homes is required to ensure compliance, health, safety, and rights protections. A Bachelor’s in a human services field is required; QDDP training and experience with IDD are strongly preferred.
