Strengthen the infrastructure of Goodwill SR's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, which provides free tax preparation to low-income households. The VISTA will develop sustainable volunteer systems, partnership and outreach infrastructure, implement and document a new taxpayer scheduling platform, create training and communication resources, and build evaluation and sustainability processes that expand long-term access to financial stability services.
