In Critical Care CVICU at Main Campus Quarterback Tower
Work schedule will be Part-time Benefits Eligible on the Evening shift, Options: M-F 5p-9p and / or Weekends 9a-9p.
SummaryServes in a customer service role to insure a positive public image for the health system. Works under the supervision of RNs to provide assistive care and communication for patients, team members, professional, and technical staff, and visitors. Identifies visitor concerns and channel to appropriate resources.
Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
Customer service experience and/or receptionist experience preferred. - Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries:
Current BLS certification required.

The Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit is a 20-bed unit with 4 dedicated ECMO suites. The CVICU provides state of the art care for neonatal and pediatric patients with acquired or congenital heart disease that require intensive care management or close monitoring for conditions such as: co-morbidities of congenital or acquired heart disease; pre and/or post-operative cardiac surgery patients; dysrhythmias; cardiomyopathy; pre and post-operative care of cardiac transplants;
and patients requiring Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD) or Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO).
