Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager at Birmingham Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in leading our team of skilled nurses and healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:- Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff satisfaction
- Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of registered nurses, licensed practical/vocational nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliant and effective care delivery
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines
- Communication: Foster open communication between departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Alabama or MSL
