Schedule: Full‑Time, 40 hours/week
Setting: Hybrid – Hospital + Office

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and health histories.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage patient care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring continuity and quality.
• Provide patient and family education to support understanding and long‑term wellness.
• Document assessments, care plans, and follow‑up recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in daily hospital rounds and support ongoing cardiac care initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: MN, MSN, DNP, PhD, or DNS in Nursing.
• Licensure: Active ARNP license (state of Alabama); national board certification required per state regulations.
• Experience:
  • 2 years cardiology experience preferred
  • Will consider strong candidates with 1+ years of NP experience
• Training/Expertise: Background in Cardiology required.
• Personal Qualities: Compassionate, adaptable, strong communicator, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
