• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure seamless patient care
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans, goals, and outcomes
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, compassion, and respect for diversity and individuality

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role or as a Charge Nurse
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  
  Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing and patient care
