As an RN, you will provide patient-centered care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Document patient care accurately in the medical record
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

QualificationsEducation
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensure
- Current Alabama RN license or multistate RN license
- Current BLS certification
Additional Certifications (unit dependent)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC
Experience
- 1 year of RN experience required
- 2 years of acute care experience required for Hospital Care at Home
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home nursing roles
