Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide guidance to nursing staff
- Monitor and report patient progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient care and unit activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

Requirements- Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
