• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and provide guidance to nursing staff
• Monitor and report patient progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient care and unit activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

• Current RN licensure in the state of Alabama
