Restorative Nurse RN Weekdays (Monday-Friday) Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Restorative Nurse RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Restorative Nurse RN with our center, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover and regain their strength and independence.
Aboutthe Role
In this critical care role, you will provide exceptional patient care, focusing on the rehabilitation and restorative needs of our patients. Your expertise and dedication will enable patients to achieve their goals and return to their homes and communities with confidence and independence. As a Restorative Nurse RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, while promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications, in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, to facilitate patient recovery and restoration
- Monitor patient progress, identifying areas of improvement and making adjustments to care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
- Current RN license in the State of Alabama
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in restorative care (new graduates welcome!)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of restorative nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
