- Serve as a key member of our nursing team by acting as our residents' main caregivers, providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
- Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight and vital signs, as well as input and output
- Communicate any observations of changes in residents' status to the nursing team
- Perform other job-related duties as required
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Alabama
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to manage residents based on maturity level and factuality
