LTAC Registered Nurse (RN) – Local & Travel Opportunities

Experience in a Long‑Term Acute Care Hospital set in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment is required. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality care to medically complex adult patients.

• Local: $48/hr
• Travel: $2,000/week (Breakdown: $20/hr + $480 meals + $800 travel stipend)

Provide direct and indirect patient care, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, monitor patient progress, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.

• Ventilator‑dependent & respiratory failure
• Sepsis & multi‑organ dysfunction
• Complex post‑surgical recovery
• Cardiac, neuro, renal & infectious disease cases
• Advanced wound care & pressure injuries

• Ratios: 1:4–1:6 (acuity-based)
• Charting: EPIC
• Level of Care: ICU / Step‑down

• Deliver direct & indirect patient care
• Develop & manage individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and interventions based on priority
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress
• Maintain accurate documentation (EPIC)
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, & confidentiality

• Active RN license (state of practice)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (LTAC preferred)
• Experience with vents, wound care, cardiac or post‑trauma patients
• BLS/CPR required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Strong communication & clinical judgment skills

• Quick onboarding & expedited submissions
• Orientation: 1–2 shadow shifts
• Unbilled orientation: 12 hours
