UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering 13‑week travel contracts for LPNs at the Living Centers in Geneva, NY.

Daily Pay Available

Health Insurance available at the first of the month after 30 days.

Shifts:

Day/Eve rotations, Evenings, Nights, Day/Night rotations. 8‑hour shifts with 12‑hour shifts possible based on needs.

• Education:
  
  Successful completion of Practical Nursing Program.
• License:
  Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience:
  
  Two (2) years LTC experience as an LPN with successful completion of supervised medication administration and written test; demonstrated leadership, discretion with confidential information, professional and courteous public interaction, ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and enhance teamwork through effective role modeling.

Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents. Follows defined policies and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Maintains a collaborative relationship with other nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff. Maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education and in‑service programs. The LPN shall have the ability to provide care to geriatric residents.

Hourly Rate $40.00–$43.00 – Rates based on experience.
