Job Description
Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services is a robust, free‑standing psychiatric hospital offering dedicated services to adolescents and adults from the surrounding Birmingham community.
Responsibilities(RN) Full‑time or Part‑time
2‑3, 8's on weekdays and/or hour shifts every other Sat/Sun
MUST HAVE availability to attend an 8‑business‑day Orientation from 8a‑4p without interruptions.

QualificationsJob Requirements:
AL RN License (or eligible to obtain). New grads encouraged to apply! Excellent mentorship and orientation available!
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current status as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
- One (1) year of experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
- LPN must have credentials to direct physical management of the patient and have current CPR certification.
- New hires are required to attend 7‑days of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:am – 5:pm Monday through Friday + following Mon‑Wed.
- Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check) and drug screen.
