Job Type: Full-Time Days

Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), Rotating Weekends

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for well-qualified applicants

Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac

• Provides plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care delivered.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharge, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
• Evalues learning needs of patient and family and provides appropriate education.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

• Current Alabama or compact state RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Basic Life Support required.
• ACLS, PALS, and Handle‑with‑Care preferred, must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates welcomed.
