We’re growing at Birmingham Health, and we’re looking for the right Nurse Practitioner to grow with us.

Nurse Practitioner – Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Hormone Optimization & Medical Weight Loss

This isn’t a role where you’ll see the same type of patient every day.

You’ll work alongside our physicians caring for patients in orthopedic rehabilitation, hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), medical weight loss, chronic pain, and preventive wellness.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys practicing medicine, building long‑term relationships with patients, and being part of a team that’s committed to helping people reclaim their health.

We’re not looking for someone to simply fill a schedule.

We’re looking for someone who is clinically confident, communicates well, takes ownership, and wants to grow with our practice.

This position begins with two clinic days per week (Monday and Wednesday) and is designed to expand into a full-time four‑day clinical schedule (Monday–Thursday) as the practice continues to grow.

• Active Alabama Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in family medicine, orthopedics, urgent care, emergency medicine, internal medicine, wellness medicine, or psychiatry is welcomed
• Interest or experience in TRT, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss
• A provider who values teamwork, ownership, continuous learning, and exceptional patient care

• Competitive hourly compensation with performance bonuses
• Defined growth path to full-time with annual earning potential of $100,000–$120,000+
• Four‑day clinical work week once full‑time (Monday–Thursday)
