The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor
oversees resident care operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality standards and proper coordination with other departments.
Key responsibilities- supervising nursing staff
- managing infection control, quality assurance, and utilization review activities
- communicating physicians' orders effectively.
- regular patient rounds are conducted to assess residents' physical conditions and behaviors, ensuring accurate documentation of treatments and observations.
- current R.N. license
- at least two years of nursing experience and one year in a supervisory role.
- Skills in organization, planning, delegation, and data utilization are essential for managing personnel and providing excellent nursing services.
