Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) - Grandview Travel
This is a 13-week contract position.
Nights, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
We are seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to manage patient care effectively in a Stepdown unit. You will be responsible for patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to provide the highest standard of care.
Provide nursing care and support to patients in a Stepdown unit.
Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Stepdown or critical care unit.
A valid RN license in the state of practice.
Permanent address required to be +50 miles from the facility.
