Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications are required.

Experience with Cerner electronic medical record systems is preferred. Recommended skills include advanced critical care assessment, ventilator management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Strong teamwork, adaptability, and effective communication are valuable for success in this role.
