• Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans in accordance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to ensure well-organized patient care.
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Current RN licensure or eligibility through the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program and professional licensure at the time of hire.
