As a Director of Nursing - DON, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budgets for the nursing department, ensuring adequate resources to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular quality assessments and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and professional development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
