Registered Nurse​/Night Shift

• • Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis
• • Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff
• • Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes
• • Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs
• • Provide dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions in a hospital setting
• • Work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units
• • Respond to changing daily schedules based on patient needs

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
• CNN/CDN certification preferred
• Must pass a color vision test, with accommodations available
• Ability to work regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to rotate between facilities as needed
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment

Demonstrates expertise in delivering inpatient dialysis therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, and CRRT, while ensuring quality patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital environment. Strong collaboration with clinical teams and oversight of patient care are essential.
