Registered Nurse - Operating Room

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• Strong knowledge of operating room protocols, aseptic techniques, and surgical procedures
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly under pressure
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation standards

• Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures, ensuring strict adherence to sterile technique
• Assess patient status before, during, and after surgery to anticipate needs and changes
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Prepare the operating room, assuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are in place and functioning
• Provide emotional support and information to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and detailed records related to patient care and operative procedures
• Follow safety protocols and infection control standards at all times

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
