Travel Nurse Source  is working with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified Psych RN in Birmingham, Alabama, 35235!

The Adult Psych RN position in Birmingham, AL allows you to support adult patients with psychiatric needs in a safe, therapeutic environment at the facility. You will assess mental health status, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to promote stabilization and recovery.

Required qualifications include a current RN license in Alabama, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing is preferred. Recommended skills include strong communication, crisis intervention, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
