Location
Behavioral Health Inpatient 5 Dearth at Main Campus Dearth Tower
ScheduleFull‑time Night Shift, 3 twelve‑hour shifts a week, rotating weekends.
SummaryThe staff nurse is a professional nurse who, with minimal supervision, is responsible for providing nursing care to patients.
Other InformationLift up to fifty (50) pounds and apply physical effort when necessary, including evidence based hands‑on disengagement and engagement skills.
Education- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Successfully completed the Behavioral Health unit orientation process.
- Independently functioning in the Behavioral Health Staff Nurse role.
- Current RN License in the State of Alabama.
- Current BLS Certificate Required.
- National Certification Preferred.
- Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
- Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
- Registered Nurse Non‑AL NLC Multi State
- Basic Life Support
- Associate of Science Nursing in Nursing
