The unit is a 43-bed, high acuity service with CCS/DAISY recognition and close collaboration with surgical residents and OMFS. RN to patient ratios range 1:4–6 for general care and 1:3 for advanced care.
BSN bonus also available. Responsibilities include postoperative care, wound and ostomy management, and nurse-driven care plans.
