ULS offers comprehensive training, making this an ideal role for those eager to learn and grow in the landscaping industry.

• Assist in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of specialized client properties under the direction of your site Crew Leader.
• Travel out-of-town for work assignments, typically five days a week.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company equipment and vehicles.
• Operate assigned work tools and equipment safely.
• Report any work issues, including equipment malfunctions, to the Crew Leader or Account Manager promptly.
• Engage with clients and the public in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties and assist with other crews as assigned.

• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site.
• Experience in labor-intensive roles and working in various weather conditions is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including travel for five days a week.
• Strong listening skills with patience and empathy.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Compliance with uniform requirements as specified by the branch.
