We are a growing skilled nursing and healthcare organization seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician to maintain the exterior appearance of three healthcare properties in the Birmingham area
.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and understands the importance of keeping healthcare environments clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff.

All landscaping equipment and tools are provided.

You will be responsible for the overall appearance and upkeep of the grounds at our three facilities, including:

• Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees
• Weed control and debris removal
• Blowing walkways, parking lots, and entrances
• Seasonal planting and basic landscape improvements
• Removing leaves and managing seasonal clean-up
• Ensuring outdoor areas remain safe and hazard-free
• Assisting with minor exterior maintenance as needed

You will travel between three local properties during your work week.

• Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
