* SUMMARY:

** The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst tests the functionality and features of a site before it is released to the production environment.  This role establishes, owns, and drives UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
** JOB DUTIES
*** Creates and manages a UAT plan for each UAT event.
* Establishes, owns, and drives UAT testing activities from start to finish for assigned projects.
* Collaborates with business users, release/program management and development teams.
* Manages risks and plans UAT taking all risks into account.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
** Typically requires a bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
*** Experience in escalation handling, managing expectations of multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, dashboarding and coordination skills.
* Experience in test estimation, planning, monitoring and progress reporting.
* Experience preferred in usage of test management tools and agile tools.
* Experience in planning and management of UAT.
