Milo’s Tea Company is seeking a Safety Specialist to implement and oversee People Based Safety across our Birmingham and Bessemer facilities. The role involves day and night shifts with flexibility for coverage, focusing on proactive safety practices and regulatory compliance.
You will train employees, inspect facilities, develop safety procedures, and coordinate safety committee activities to drive continuous improvement. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and 4–6 years’ experience are preferred.
