Location:
Birmingham, AL
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Looking for an opportunity to grow your quality assurance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment? Join a leading organization as a QA Specialist and play a key role in supporting product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education Requirements- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Previous quality assurance, quality control, GMP, manufacturing, or regulated industry experience preferred
- Experience reviewing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with SAP, quality systems, or document control systems is a plus
- Support manufacturing operations by reviewing production documentation and batch records
- Perform quality reviews and product disposition activities
- Review raw material and component documentation
- Support cleanroom and facility monitoring activities
- Review and maintain SOPs, work instructions, forms, and quality documentation
- Provide on-the-floor quality support during manufacturing operations
- Issue and reconcile product labels
- Assist with SAP quality-related activities
- Support deviation investigations, change controls, and corrective actions
- Analyze quality data and assist with continuous improvement projects
- Participate in audits, compliance activities, and quality system initiatives
- Ability to stand and walk throughout portions of the workday
- Ability to work in manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse environments
- Ability to review detailed documentation and data accurately
