Buffalo Rock in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for the 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM shift. You will support testing of ingredients and finished products, uphold GMP, and ensure product quality in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities include sensory testing, documenting results in Infinity, reading gauges, and coordinating with operators during line start-ups to maintain quality under demanding production conditions.
