The Tower on Tenth
, is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our on‑site team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer‑focused, and takes pride in representing a community with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert prospects into residents to maintain and increase occupancy.
  • Build strong relationships with current residents and support a successful renewal program.
  • Respond promptly to all leasing leads, schedule and conduct tours, and follow up with prospects using relationship‑based sales skills.
  • Accurately track traffic, leads, and leasing activity in the Yardi system.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain complete and accurate lease files in accordance with company policy.
  • Obtain lease information, complete applications, and conduct screening and reference checks.
  • Walk vacant units and model apartments daily to ensure quality presentation; spot‑clean as needed.
  • Conduct preliminary move‑in and move‑out inspections and enter work orders into Yardi.
  • Assist residents with questions, concerns, or complaints and document all interactions appropriately.
  • Complete monthly leasing reports and market surveys.
  • Support outreach marketing efforts, including visits to local businesses.
  • Update community social media sites.
  • Assist with newsletters, promotional flyers, and community events (attendance required).
  • Support general office administrative needs as required.
Experience, Skills & Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; some college or related sales experience a plus.
  • Prior experience leasing multifamily properties required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, team members, supervisors, and vendors.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including walking the property (up to four flights of stairs), showing apartments, lifting up to 40 lbs., and performing light physical tasks as needed.
