Leasing Professional position at Inkwell Grandview, Davis Development, a privately owned luxury apartment developer and property management company with 25+ years in the industry. We empower our teams to manage properties as owner-operators, fostering a family culture and results-driven attitude.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will assist with leasing properties to prospective residents by marketing properties, preparing lease documents, and screening prospective residents to qualify them.

• Greet prospective residents, qualify and determine their needs and preferences
• Inspect models and move-in ready units daily to ensure they meet standards
• Conduct outreach marketing as assigned by the Community Manager
• Maintain awareness of local sub-market conditions and trends to inform marketing strategies and improve resident satisfaction
• Complete all lease applications, process application verifications, and notify prospective residents of the results
• Assist Community Manager and Assistant Manager in preparing daily and weekly reports, market surveys, etc.
• Ensure the appearance and physical standards of the community by daily property inspections and reporting to the Community Manager

• One or more years of sales experience required
• One or more years of customer experience required
• One or more years of property management/leasing experience preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying seniority and teams inside and outside the organization
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across channels
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Positive, can-do demeanor, results-oriented, and self-starter mindset
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for marketing and other duties
